Get Snapshot History
Return daily overview snapshot rows for [start, end].
If start is omitted, returns all rows up to end. If client (short_name) is provided, returns per-client rows instead of platform totals. Today's data point uses the live engagement query (15-min cache) so it matches the Overview widget; all prior dates come from snapshots.
