Same filters and excluded counts as /graph/insights, unpaginated, so the picker fetches once and searches in memory instead of per keystroke. The ETag and the caller's If-None-Match are relayed both ways so a client holding the current version revalidates into a 304 rather than re-downloading the corpus.
