Update an existing tenant practitioner specialty record

Updates fields on an existing practitioner specialty record at the tenant level. Use this when one or more attributes of a practitioner's tenant-level specialty association need to be changed. The request body must include the ID of the specialty record to update. In practice, effectiveDate is the only field this endpoint can change — it is merged onto a copy of the existing stored record, with every other stored attribute preserved as-is.
