List groups associated with a practitioner

Returns all groups the specified practitioner is associated with. Use this to retrieve a practitioner's group memberships; for groups with full attribute detail as part of the relationship graph, use GET /practitioners/{id}/relationships/groups instead. {practitionerId} is the certifyPractitionerId. Terminated associations are included; this endpoint does not filter by termination status.
