List networks in a practitioner's relationship graph

Returns all networks the practitioner belongs to, as part of the practitioner's full relationship graph. Use this when you need network data with relationship context such as group membership or location linkages; for a flat list of network memberships without graph context, use GET /practitioners/{id}/networks instead. {id} is the certifyPractitionerId. Terminated associations are included; this endpoint does not filter by termination status.
