List all networks a practitioner belongs to

Returns all networks the specified practitioner is linked to across all groups. Use this to retrieve a flat list of the practitioner's network memberships; for the full relationship graph including group context, use GET /practitioners/{id}/relationships/networks instead. {id} is the certifyPractitionerId. Terminated associations are included; this endpoint does not filter by termination status.
