Get Kubernetes Cfn Template

Download the kubectl/EKS onboarding CloudFormation template, pre-filled.

Fetches the published base template and injects the caller's ExternalId (traversal:<org-id>) and Traversal's TraversalAWSAccountId as parameter defaults, so the customer only needs to supply ClusterName (and RoleNameSuffix when connecting a second or later cluster).

Permissions: users with integration-setup permission on their org.
