New Triage

Create a new alert triage investigation.

This endpoint initiates a triage-only investigation that runs the alert triage agent and summarizer without the full RCA investigation tools.

Args: request: The triage request containing incident details user_token: JWT token containing user authentication authorized_user: Authorized user with organization context

Returns: TriageResponse containing the session ID

Raises: HTTPException: If authorization fails or configuration is invalid
