List Incidents

List available incidents from the benchmark incident bank.

Args: customer: Optional customer name to filter by. incident_key: Optional raw or customer-qualified key to return a single incident, e.g. INCI-1234 or digitalocean/INCI-1234. include_ground_truth: Include full answer keys in each row. This is intentionally opt-in because AExp and DO entries can contain large markdown blobs that make the internal evaluation page slow.
