Flow: Manager receives → processes → completes an order

Shows the order status lifecycle from a store manager perspective. Step 1 — A new order arrives with status "pending". Step 2 — Manager accepts it: PATCH status to "processing". Step 3 — Manager fulfils it: PATCH status to "completed".
