Flow: Create user → product → order

Runs the full order placement flow in one call. Step 1 — POST /api/v1/users — creates a demo customer. Step 2 — POST /api/v1/products — creates a demo product. Step 3 — POST /api/v1/orders — places an order linking the user and product by ID. Returns all three records plus a tip to expand the order.
