Per-connection first-scan status for an organization's integrations, keyed by integration id. Each entry reports whether that connection is scanning (with live counts), when it last completed (scannedAt), or why it failed (scm-not-installed / scm-account-mismatch need a reconnect, scan-failed can be retried). Non-source-control connections and connections with no provisioned inventory read as a neutral not-applicable / never-scanned state, never an error.
