Lists the org Context collection: the union of every accessible workspace's Context collection across the org, one family-deduplicated row per occurrence group with the workspaces it was discovered through. v1 is a union of the workspace-scoped reads; a family surfacing through several workspaces appears once with every attribution. Cursor paginated, sortable by name or -updatedAt, filterable by kind, relationship state, provider, direct source repository, and free text, and narrowable to specific workspaces with a repeatable workspaceId filter.
