List the data points a questionnaire question can be built from

Every data point referenced by any profile template, resolved to its full definition — id, display name, answer type, impact area, selectable options and validation schema. Audit data points and four data points that cannot be answered by a supplier (country name, geojson, risk score, responsible person) are excluded. The catalogue is global rather than company-scoped, and unpaginated. Use /data-points/templates for the same set grouped by template, which is what a question library renders. Definitions carry retracedId, not id; the grouped variant adds id as an alias.
