Set the due date on answer requests

Moves the deadline on a batch of answer requests. The questionnaire must belong to the calling company, and every id must be one of its answer requests — otherwise nothing is changed. Requests that are already completed are accepted and skipped, so a batch containing only completed requests succeeds without changing anything. Each answering company whose request moved receives an in-app notification and an email. Re-dating a large questionnaire fans out one message per affected request.
