Bulk-invite users into supplier companies (admin only)

Queues a background job that creates users (and emails them a login/ welcome link) inside supplier companies that are linked to the given parent company. Companies not linked to the parent are skipped. Returns a requestId to poll for status and the generated Excel report link.
