Download a single workspace file as an attachment.
session_id selects an isolated run's own prefix when given (used by the --cloud copy-back); absent, the download serves the shared workspace. An absolute path under one of the session's declared data mounts is served from the mount's dataset prefix instead (pre-attach reads).
