Get Series Stats
Statistics for a macro series.
Level series (Selic, CDI, PTAX) get price-style change/return math. Rate-of-change series (IPCA, IGP-M) get compounded accumulation instead: a percent change of a percent change is meaningless, and dividing by a negative prior month (IGP-M deflates regularly) flips the sign. series_kind tells the two apart.
