  1. Validate the Request input params
  2. Validate the Request Token and get the Partner
  3. Check that consumer is onboarded on Bloom Enablement
  4. Get tradeline by the id
  5. Make some validation for the tradeline (eligible, already open, etc.)
  6. Check category to define the vars to send
  7. Open a tradeline for the consumer
