Consume Mcp Oauth

Finalize a pending OAuth flow into a brand-new MCP integration.

Looks up the pending row, ensures it's been authorized, then creates a new IntegrationInstance with the stored tokens. Returns 404 if the pending row isn't found in the caller's org, or 400 if it hasn't reached the completed state yet.

Permissions: integration setup user.

Legacy list of MCP tool names to hide from the agent. Preserved for older clients that still finalize OAuth integrations with blocked tool settings.
