Start Run

Request to start a product-flow E2E run.

test_names narrows the run to specific tests (all tests when None or empty). The run always targets the cluster's own API (resolved on the worker from product_flow_e2e.api_base_url in app config), so there is no environment override.

Response returned immediately after a run is created.
