Get Filters

Get available filter values for missed ground truth items.

Returns distinct values for item_type, item_kind, causal_relation, and source to help populate dropdown filters dynamically in the frontend.

Args: organization_id: Organization ID to get filter options for

Returns: MissedGroundTruthItemFilters containing lists of available filter values

Raises: HTTPException: If user is unauthorized or organization not found
