Get OpenApply music lesson import candidates

Pupil-instrument pairs from the parent-completed OpenApply music lesson form, bridged to canonical pupils via the iSAMS OA_Id custom field. One row per instrument, each with the ML_Instruments row matched by name. Limited to pupils joining in the current academic year, excluding those who answered No to wanting lessons.
