List insights

Lists all insights for the user. Listing insights will automatically apply any title and description overrides configured using the Tink Console. Trying to list insights with a userlocale that does not yet have a insight configuration will result in the insights being filtered out and not returned. This is to prevent exposing users to insights with text written in the wrong language. You can read more about configuring insights here.
