Monthly price index of old dwellings in housing companies (ashi/15iq.px, base 2025=100 - the 2020=100 table 13ms was retired by the vendor in June 2026). Default query returns the whole-country total building-types aggregate. Regional codes available: ksu whole country, pks Greater Helsinki, 091 Helsinki, 853 Turku, 837 Tampere, 564 Oulu, and more.
