Get public token metadata JSON

Public, unauthenticated endpoint serving the SDP-hosted Token-2022 / Metaplex fungible-compatible metadata JSON for a deployed token. This is the URL burned into the on-chain MetadataPointer when the issuer doesn't supply their own URI. Only deployed (on-chain) tokens are served; pending drafts return 404.
