Changelogs
Get days of changelog entries promoted to the dashboard
Returns one page of days, newest first. Releases publish as a batch sharing a timestamp, so a day is the unit: each carries its updates' ids and titles plus an unread count. Bodies are not included - fetch a day to read them.

Query parameters
cursorstring
YYYY-MM-DD from the previous page's nextCursor; returns older days.
limitstring
Days per page (default 20, capped at 50).
unread'true' | 'false'
Restrict the page to days holding something unread.
Response
A page of days, the total unread update count, and the cursor for the next page.
