Cache Settings

Update Cache Settings

Save cache settings to database and initialize cache.

This endpoint:

  1. Encrypts sensitive fields (passwords, etc.)
  2. Saves to LiteLLM_CacheConfig table
  3. Reinitializes cache with new settings
