Create tag

REQUIRED SCOPES <code>['tags:write']</code><br>Through this API endpoint, you can create and add a new tag label in the repository to the ones that already exist. <br><br>As a result, each user in the system can now narrow down the search among their contacts and individualize messages. <br><br>On creating, up to 15 characters are allowed for each tag label.
