Get user saved replies

REQUIRED SCOPES <code>['saved-replies:read']</code><br>You can use this API endpoint to get the list of the available saved replies. The request returnes a JSON array of saved replies. <br><br>In addition, it is allowed to: <ul><li>Specify the number of saved replies to fetch per page</li> <li>Specify the page number</li> <li>Set the limit of saved replies to be fetched per page (if the limit is not set, the default limit will be considered)</li> <li>Filter by title and text of saved replies</li></ul>
