ein is the Employer Identification Number.

company_name is the name of the company.

street_address is the street address of the establishment.

city is the city where the establishment is located.

state is the two-letter state code.

zip is the ZIP code.

naics_code is the North American Industry Classification System code.

industry_description is the description of the industry.

size is the size classification: 1 (< 20 employees), 21 (20-99 employees), 22 (100-249 employees), 3 (250+ employees).

establishment_type is the type: 1 (Private), 2 (State Government), 3 (Local Government).
