Remove companies from a questionnaire

Removes the given answer requests from the questionnaire, which must belong to the calling company. All-or-nothing: every request must belong to this questionnaire and must have been created by the calling company, otherwise nothing is removed. The companies' submitted answers are deleted permanently; the requests themselves are flagged as removed and stop counting towards the questionnaire's progress. Removing an already-removed request succeeds without further effect.
