Import item documents from data sources (folder-mapping filtered)

Imports item documents from the data sources bucket, keeping only files that match the business folder mapping. Creates a re-runnable import job.

PipelineVersion selects the item-handling flow. Empty (the default) is v1; v2 callers send "v2" to opt into folder-mapping filtering + folder part number + enrich-or-create. The backend requires a configured import folder mapping for v2 and rejects the import otherwise.
