Get the BOM's occurrence tree

Returns every entry of an EXTRACTED BOM (source_type raw_import) nested as a tree, in one response. One node per occurrence, so the same part used under two sub-assemblies is two nodes with their own ids and quantities. 409 for a classic BOM, whose lines have no per-occurrence parent edge to build a tree from; use GET /boms/{id}/lines for those.
