Rehomed from schemas.agent_service by ENG-5651. The endpoint reports on LLM-as-a-judge verdicts over a project's inferences, which survive the Continuous Adaptation Agent withdrawal; it only lived beside the agent schemas by accident of where it was first written. Field names and types are unchanged, so the wire contract is identical.
