Get Team Billing Status

Get billing status for a team (limited info for team members).

This endpoint allows team members to see that the team owner has billing configured, without exposing sensitive billing details.

Args: team_id: Team UUID auth: Authenticated user context

Returns: - Team name - Owner name - Payment plan (hobby/pro/enterprise) - Whether owner has a payment method configured
