  • gt (greater than)
  • gte (greater than or equal to)
  • lte (less than or equal to)
  • lt (less than) Example: effective_from[gte]=2024-01-01&effective_from[lt]=2024-12-31

The date after which this reimbursement is no longer applied. null if the reimbursement applies indefinitely.
