Set a location's eligible pricing items

Set the pricing items eligible at this location.

Not a partial update: the provided reference keys become the location's entire eligible list. Unknown keys always fail the request without applying anything. Disabled keys do the same unless the organization is configured to accept them, in which case they are dropped and reported back.

The full replacement set of pricing item reference keys eligible at this location. Replaces any previously ingested set; an empty list clears the location's eligible list.

Reference keys that were dropped from this replacement because they point to disabled pricing items. Only populated for organizations configured to accept disabled keys; otherwise a disabled key rejects the whole request.
