Get Page Freshness
Freshness of the datasets a UI page depends on, plus a page rollup.
Returns 200 with null freshness (not 404) when a page's datasets have not loaded yet, so the frontend can render a "no data yet" state. missing_tables lists the page's serving tables (store:serving_table) that have no freshness row yet.
