Entries are enqueued and applied asynchronously; the block then applies workspace-wide at both add time and send time. Known limitation: DNC entries are keyed per API user, so an identity your user already holds on another workspace's list cannot currently be re-recorded for this workspace — such entries are skipped (and logged internally) rather than applied.
