Request Mode. 0 = Ticket checking, only currently active ACL groups are loaded 1 = ACL Management, All existing ACL groups are obtained [Default=0]

INTERNAL Optional list of Event IDs for which the ACL Groups should be loaded Applicable only if Mode = 1 [Default=Null]
