HouseCanary's proprietary Automated Valuation Model (AVM) utilizes a unique machine learning algorithm on top of multiple input data sources to estimate the current market value of a residential property. Responses include upper and lower bounds, as well as a forecast standard deviation (FSD) for transparency into model confidence.
