Create property link on client's behalf

This endpoint allows an agent user to link a property to their client's organisation.

Once you requested has been accepted there will a slight delay in processing the request (approximately a minute).

To confirm your request has completed you can poll the View Property Link endpoint to see if you can move onto the next step.

We recommend you don’t poll until a minute after the initial request was submitted.

Once you have confirmation your request has been processed you can then move onto uploading your evidence.

Once the property link has been approved by the VOA the user will be able to:

• View the detailed valuation for the property
• Submit a request to amend the details the VOA have for the property
• Challenge the valuation

Note that:

• The request will be processed by the VOA with human intervention. The state will be updated and is available via the view property link endpoint.
