Set Google Account Schedule

Set the auto-sync cadence for one AXIS of an owned Google account in this workspace, mirroring the social channels card. axis='new_deal' persists sync_schedule (the deal-detection heartbeat cadence); axis='active_deal' persists active_deal_schedule (the inbound-reply handling cadence). Recomputes that axis's next_sync_at; the pipeline consumes it separately.
