List Prospecting Goal History

List every prospecting target that actually produced a deal.

This is deliberately separate from GET /goals. The reusable-goal selector excludes placeholders and unresolved merge candidates, while a historical pipeline filter must include those rows so every goal_id already present on a deal remains filterable.
