Get a list of photos matching parameters

The hash parameters correspond to the properties provided by the project https://pypi.org/project/ImageHash/. Those can be provided individually or in combination to locate images in the system matching those values. If multiple parameters are provided, photos matching ANY parameter are returned. The purpose is to identify potential duplicates prior to submission.
