There are some mandatory, and some optional fields - missing mandatory fields will cause error code to be returned. The following fields are mandatory: "EMAIL", "FIRSTNAME", "LASTNAME", "USERIPADDRESS". The following fields are optional: "COMPANY", "PHONENUMBER", "LCID", "TIMEZONEID", "ISEXPRESSACCOUNT".
