Upload a file to a case

Uploads a file and associates it with a case.

File requirements:

  • Maximum file size: 25MB
  • Allowed file types: PDF (.pdf), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), CSV (.csv), Text (.TXT), Images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif)

The file will be stored securely and associated with the specified case.

Document types:

  • OriginalInvoice (default) - The original invoice document
  • DebtorDocuments - Documents provided by the debtor
  • CreditorDocuments - Documents provided by the creditor
  • PartnerDocuments - Documents provided by collection partners
  • DemandLetter - Formal demand letter
  • Miscellaneous - Other supporting documents
