Get Spreadsheet Settings

This endpoint returns dimension and user settings for the open spreadsheet. It gives reasonable dimension defaults when the user hasn't specified dimensions to use for rows, columns, filters inside of a Cube add-on. These defaults are based on commonly used dimensions for a given top level dimension (i.e. "Actuals" for "Scenario"). It also gives user data such as whether or not to show the 'undo' warning in Excel files.
