Bulk-update feedback items in one call (= N × PATCH feedback_item). Accepts an array of the same payload plus a shared options envelope. Partial-success: each item is validated/resolved independently and forwarded to the core bulk endpoint in ONE call; failures are isolated and reported per request index. Max 100 items.
